The College of Finance and Business Launches Its Annual Training Program for Graduates for the Academic Year 2025/2026
The College of Finance and Business has launched its annual training program dedicated to graduates for the academic year 2025/2026, as part of the College's ongoing efforts to enhance graduates' skills, qualify them for the labor market, and bridge the gap between academic outcomes and contemporary professional requirements.
The training program extends for two weeks, comprising four specialized training courses aimed at developing graduates' practical skills in the fields of business, management, and finance. These include: Human Resource Management, Preparation of Economic Feasibility Studies, the ONX Pro Accounting System, and Data Analysis and Report Writing.
The opening session was inaugurated by Professor Dr. Ali Salam, President of the University, who delivered an orientation address in which he urged graduates to prioritize practical training and keep pace with technological developments in their fields of specialization, emphasizing the importance of acquiring practical skills that enhance their competitive opportunities in the labor market.
During the launch event, the Dean of the College of Finance and Business, Dr. Mohammed Al-Shadadi, affirmed that the program falls within the College's ongoing plan to support graduates and empower them to acquire the applied skills required by the modern business environment. He pointed out that these programs contribute to raising graduates' readiness to compete in the labor market and enhance their professional opportunities across various economic and financial sectors.
He further explained that the training courses were selected based on labor market needs and employers' requirements, combining administrative, financial, and technical aspects to ensure that participants are equipped with practical knowledge and skills that can be directly applied in diverse work environments.
The program is delivered by a number of academics and specialized experts in the targeted fields, through interactive lectures and applied workshops designed to strengthen the practical dimension among participants and develop their capabilities in analysis, decision-making, and professional report preparation.
At the conclusion of the launch event, the College's Deanship expressed its best wishes for success and achievement to all participants, reaffirming the College's continued commitment to offering quality initiatives and programs that contribute to developing graduates' capacities and enhancing their contribution to economic and societal development.
