Al-Rawad University Signs Cooperation Agreement with Yemen Soft Company to Enhance Integration Between Academic Education and Labor Market Requirements

Within the framework of its continuous endeavors to develop the educational process and strengthen partnership with private sector institutions, Al-Rawad University signed a joint cooperation agreement with Yemen Soft Company, aiming to enhance the applied aspect of academic programs and enable students to acquire technical and professional skills associated with the modern business environment.
The agreement aims to enhance cooperation between the two parties in the fields of training and professional qualification, and to provide opportunities for university students to benefit from the software systems and applications offered by Yemen Soft Company, thereby contributing to the development of their applied skills and linking theoretical knowledge with practical practices adopted in business institutions.
The agreement also includes cooperation in implementing specialized training programs and workshops, and exchanging expertise and knowledge in areas of common interest, which contributes to developing the capabilities of students and faculty members, and supports the university's orientations towards adopting the latest technologies and systems used in the contemporary business environment.
The discussions focused on incorporating globally and locally certified software, such as (Onyx, Hospitix, Onyx Ix, Skey ERP) systems, within the practical application in college programs.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Al-Rawad University by Professor Dr. Ali Mohammed Salam, President of the University, while it was signed on behalf of Yemen Soft Company by the company's representatives, Mr. Mohammed Abduljalil Al-Yousefi (Director of Training and Consultations) and Mr. Marwan Abdulqawi (Corporate Relations Coordinator with Yemeni Universities).
Professor Dr. Ali Mohammed Salam, President of the University, emphasized that this agreement represents an important step towards enhancing the practical aspect of college programs and providing distinguished opportunities for students to familiarize themselves with the software systems used in institutions and companies, thereby contributing to the development of their professional skills and increasing their readiness to join the labor market after graduation. This agreement also comes within the efforts of Al-Rawad University to expand its network of strategic partnerships with private sector institutions and provide a modern educational environment that combines academic excellence with practical application, which is positively reflected in the quality of education and its outcomes, and enhances the university's role in serving society and development.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Mohammed Abduljalil Al-Shadadi, Dean of the College of Finance and Business, Mr. Aref Amer, Secretary-General of the University, and the heads of academic departments at the College of Finance and Business.
