As part of linking theoretical knowledge with practical application, the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences at Al-Rawad University organized a scientific field trip for its students to the Dairy and Food Products Company, affiliated with the Hayel Saeed Anam Group in the Al-Houban area. This trip served as a practical component of the Food Microbiology course, and was conducted under the direct supervision and accompaniment of the Dean of the College, Dr. Ishraq Al-Amri.

The tour included production lines and quality control laboratories, where students examined modern sterilization and pasteurization systems. They learned about microbiological testing mechanisms to ensure product safety, as well as methods for controlling the biological environment and beneficial fermentation bacteria. This enabled them to compare food manufacturing standards with comprehensive laboratory quality control.

The university delegation received a warm welcome and high-level attention from the management of the industrial complex and the engineers, who provided detailed explanations and answered the students' questions with great professionalism.
