Al-Rawad University celebrated World Medical Laboratory Day with an event organized by the Faculty of Medical Sciences – Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences. The event was attended by university leaders, including President Professor Ali Salam, Secretary General Arif Amer, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences Dr. Ishraq Al-Amiri, and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Dr. Imad Taleb, along with a large number of faculty members, center and department heads, and students.

The event, held under the theme "From Sample to Result: A Journey of Safety," highlighted the crucial importance of laboratory diagnostics. Dr. Ishraq Al-Amiri, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, delivered a speech on World Medical Laboratory Day, followed by lectures from University President Professor Ali Salam and Dr. Abduljalil Al-Shumairi. Students also captivated the audience with their moving presentation, "What If the Laboratory Ended?", which summarized the vital role of medical laboratories in the medical field. The event was enhanced by the presence of prominent figures in the medical field, such as Dr. Khairallah Al-Ghazali, Director of the Heart Center at the Republican Hospital, and Professor Ghaleb Al-Jundi from Top Medical Laboratory. This contributed to bridging the gap between academic knowledge and the practical realities and technologies available in the medical job market.

The event concluded with the opening of a scientific exhibition, which highlighted the importance of medical laboratories, and all attendees praised the vital role played by medical laboratory specialists in serving humanity.
