Reflecting the leadership’s financial and administrative commitment, several historic decisions were announced:

Structural Policies: Launching the draft of the National Scientific Research Policy as a binding institutional framework.

Mandatory Annual Publishing: Deans and Department Heads committed to annual scientific publishing in collaboration with research students.

Al-Rowad Research Excellence Complex: Inaugurating the "Al-Rowad Complex for Research Excellence and Scientific Innovation" to act as an incubator for internal and external researchers ("Al-Rowad Ambassadors").

Empowering Future Researchers: Practical training for postgraduate students on research abstract drafting, followed by honoring top achievers.
