Concluding a series of rigorous technical reviews, the Center for Development and Quality Assurance at Al-Rowad University conducted its 4th and 5th "Productive Workshops" for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program on Saturday, October 19, 2024.

Key Highlights of the Sessions:

Workshop IV: Strategic Alignment of Teaching & Assessment:
This session focused on mapping Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) to modern teaching methodologies and assessment strategies. Participants explored innovative pedagogical tools designed to enhance clinical training and professional competency-based evaluations.

Workshop V: Comprehensive Program Evaluation Plan:
Under the supervision of Quality Expert Prof. Abdulqawi Noaman, this workshop analyzed the curriculum’s clusters and coding system. The sessions aimed to identify institutional strengths and refine evaluation protocols to ensure the program meets national and international academic benchmarks.

Collaborative Excellence:
The workshops featured active participation from Dr. Aaida Al-Shami (Dean of Quality Assurance), Dr. Nashwan Al-Afifi (Head of Dentistry Department), specialized faculty members, and students, all working together to foster a world-class dental education environment.
